TREKKING: 2 Days
Day 1 Udaipur Outskirt Trek –kumbhalgarh (85 Kms Approx)Distance: 11 Kms Approx
Duration: 2 – 3 Hours
Today after breakfast take a 20 min ride to reach the starting point of the trek which is a small village located in the NW of Udaipur, this village is locally known by the name “Morwania”, on arrival at the village we will meet our local navigator who is a local resident and will also accompany us on the trek
Later commence the trek with your trekking guide and local navigator, on this trek we will see some villages which are though small but very authentic, we will walk through agricultural fields and get to know about the crops grown here and will see the farmers doing their daily work which would be a good experience.
On our halfway mark we will stop at a selected location for refreshment, later we will continue towards the tiger lake watching the local life, close to end we will have a 15 min moderate uphill climb, once we reach the top the view from there is incredible and we can see the villages we passed on our trail, later finish the trek at tiger lake and ride back to the hotel, freshen-up and check-out to leave for Kumbhalgarh.
On arrival at Kumbhalgarh get checked-in followed by lunch later in the evening give a visit to the amazing Kumbhalgarh Fort which is a UNESCO world heritage site and claimed to have the 2nd largest fortified wall in the world.
After fort visit drive back to the hotel.

Day 2: Kumbhalgarh - Ranakpur TrekDistance: 15-16 Kms Approx
Duration: 4 – 5 Hours
Today after a lavish breakfast drive to the starting point of the trek at Foota deval which is the starting point of the trek, once you reach starting point commence trekking with your trekking guide and local navigator towards Ranakpur.the trek passes through the forest reserve where we see good wildlife, the terrain is downhill for few kilometers in the beginning and then a mixture a uphill, downhill and flat however its very scenic and so refreshing.
On our course of trek we will see ancient Shiva temple, some tribal settlement, beautiful landscape which would be very interesting, on halfway mark we will stop for refreshment and then we continue towards Ranakpur.
On arrival at Ranakpur we will relax ourselves for a while and then we proceed towards the Jain Temples, build in the 12th century it is indeed a marvelous piece of architecture and the temple is build with white marble, the temple complex rests upon 1444 pillars which would be a spectacle for visitors.
After temple visit one can have lunch at local restaurant and then drive back to onward destination.
